Google has discovered 17 more dangerous Android apps

Google has confirmed that it has removed 17 apps from its Android Play Store. The banned applications were found to be filled with dangerous ‘joker’ malware. Users who have downloaded the affected apps will now need to delete them in order to remove the threat. Joker malware is a virus built into apps that has the ability to steal SMS messages, entire contact lists, and information from a smartphone device.
