Few things make me angrier on a regular basis than the Apple TV remote. I know it’s ridiculous. But I also know that I’m not alone. I think what drives me nuts is this: in many ways it’s the antithesis of the old Steve Jobs design mantra: “It’s not just what it looks like and feels like. Design is how it works.” Compared to other remotes on the market — and certainly those that came before — the Apple TV remote looks nice.
