One of the proudest bragging rights owners have used against owners over the years has been the ability to change the default apps their phones use. Well, that and the ability to fully customize their home screen. That means you can use Gmail or Google Chrome — or any other app of your choice — and finally leave Safari and Apple Mail behind.
