Apple could disable Intel apps on M1 Macs in some regions

New code discovered in the latest macOS Big Sur 11.3 beta suggests Apple could be planning to disable Intel app support on M1 Macs in certain regions. Running Intel apps on an M1 Mac requires the Rosetta 2 platform for translation. The code suggests this technology will be removed, for reasons currently unknown, for Mac users in certain areas.
